Our bread and butter. The sport that started it all. Boxing allows our students to let out their aggression and stress in a safe and controlled environment. Lead by our head coach Liv Adler, our students meet every Wednesday from 4-5 and practice real boxing technique, perfect for the student looking to one day spar or simply get a great workout.
While we do have a strict attendance policy, we understand that our students cannot make it to every class and offer a make up class on Saturdays, where they will be put through the ringer by our founder, Cristina aka The Warden. Class is serious but fun, where the only requirement is that you try your best, and the words "I can't" are strictly prohibited.

Jiu Jitsu is a game of strategies, where the objective is to get your opponent to submit. While fun, Jiu Jitsu also provides our students with the training necessary in real-life self defense situations. Where boxing is straightforward, Jiu Jitsu is a bit more abstract, allowing the student to more readily improvise. While at first you might feel odd having someone occupying so much of your personal space, our students quickly learn to have fun with the techniques they learn in class.
With Jiu Jitsu, your size is not as important as your strategy, giving those who are of less-than-imposing stature the opportunity to have the upper hand.

We wanted to provide our students with the opportunity to practice their chosen combat sport outside of our classes, allowing them to improve at a faster rate. Through our mentorship program, our students are matched with a female fighter who they meet with twice a month to practice their moves.
If you identify as a woman, and have at least one year of experience in your combat sport, this might be a great opportunity for you!
